Job Title: Technology and Social Media Coordinator
The Technology and Social Media Coordinator will report to an assigned member of the pastoral team and will be responsible for two primary categories of work, all important to the ministry of North Shore Baptist Church (NSBC). These are: 1) media support for worship; 2) maintaining and expanding the online presence of NSBC, including website and social media content.
These areas of responsibility will aid in the effective communication and sharing of the Gospel and the ministries of North Shore Baptist Church. Our goal is to increase our reach into the communities we serve as well as to enhance and provide access to our worship, ministry, services, and resources.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Support media and creative arts for worship
Oversee and manage the online presence of NSBC, including website and social media

Compensation and Benefits
This position will start at $20 - $25/hour depending on experience for 15 hours per week, which will also include Sunday hours for worship services. Compensation includes two weeks of paid time off per year after 90 days of employment.
Satisfactory performance will be assessed initially at 90 days and six months. Thereafter, an annual review will be used to assess satisfactory performance.
